What are my payment options? 

We accept credit cards securely via Stripe. At this time, out platform does not support debit cards or Paypal.

When do boxes bill and ship?

Boxes bill on 20th and ship starting on the 10th of each month (or the following business day). For example, existing subscribers will see a charge on September 20th for the October box, which ships around October 10.

When do I get my first box? 

If you started your subscription before the 10th of the month, you'll get that month's subscription (order by October 9th for the October box). If you subscribe after the 9th, your first box will be the next month's box.

Can I cancel?

Cancel anytime on your account page. Before you cancel, feel free to email us and we'll do our best to assist: hello@samsbeadshop.com

When am I billed each month?

Billing occurs on the 20th of each Month for the following month's box. (August 20 for the September box.)

Can I add on items from Sam's Bead Shop's main site to my shipment?

At this time, we are shipping the boxes separately to keep things running smoothly. 

Where do you ship from? Do you ship Internationally?

We ship from our small office in Oakland, CA. Here are our shipping rates for one box:

US: $3.99

Canada: $10.49

Rest of the World: $15.49

We do not currently ship to the UK due to new VAT regulations.

Common Questions

How do I skip one month of the box without cancelling my subscription?

After logging in to your Sam’s Bead Box account, click your name in the top right corner and select “account”.  Once on your account page, there is a section on the left labeled “Your Subscriptions”.  On the bottom of that section, click the “edit” button.  Click the button near the top labeled “skip next renewal”.  This will open a pop-up window where you will need to confirm that you want to skip your next renewal and continue your subscription the following month.  Once confirmed, your account will update and show the next renewal date for your subscription.    

How do I cancel my subscription?

After logging in to your Sam’s Bead Box account, click your name in the top right corner and select “account”.  Once on your account page, there is a section on the left labeled “Your Subscriptions”.  On the bottom of that section, click the “edit” button.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and on the left side, click the button “cancel subscription”.  This will bring you to a new page where you will need to confirm you wish to cancel your subscription.  Once your cancellation is confirmed, your account will update and you will receive an email confirming your subscription was cancelled.  

Please note: cancelling your subscription will not cancel any orders already paid for.  If you accidentally purchased more than one subscription, please email us directly at hello@samsbeadshop.com.

How do I change my card on file?

After logging in to your Sam’s Bead Box account, click your name in the top right corner and select “account”.  Once on your account page, scroll down to the bottom. In the section labeled “credit cards” click the edit button. This will bring you to “your credit cards” page, and again click the "edit" button.  This will allow you to edit the card and information on file. Once completed, be sure to click the “save” button and check the box to make it your primary method of payment moving forward.  

Return Policy

At this time, we only offer refunds up until the 9th of each month.  Once shipping begins on the 10th of each month, we can no longer accept returns or offer refunds.  Based on the nature of subscription boxes, our processing and handling system, we cannot accept returns or refunds after boxes have already shipped.
